Mindless vs. Mindful Eating – Improving health by changing the way we approach eating
Ever hear the term “Mindful Eating” and wonder what the big deal is? How about Mindless Eating? Have you ever wondered why the third bite of ice cream never tastes as good as the first one? Have you ever eaten your lunch while working only to go looking for it 20 minutes later? We’ve all had moments and questions like these. Many of us struggle to find balance between enjoying food, making healthy choices and fitting it all into our busy day. If you like food, are not a fan of restrictive diets and want to learn about different options Join Anna Daniele, Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach, for a fun and informative workshop series as we explore how we eat, why we eat and what we eat on a journey to better health. Explore two different eating theories, Mindful Eating and Mindless Eating, and discover how changing the way we approach eating, not just what we eat, can lead to weight loss and better health without restrictive diets.
