Rollout and Recover:
Are you an athlete/active person who struggles to recover? Have you ever felt sore, stiff, or like your body isn’t ready to give it 100%? Have these limitations ever held you back from participating in your sport, even though you really wanted to? If so, this is the perfect program for you. This myofascial rollout & mobility class is specifically designed to target those restricted tissues and joints that prevent you from increasing your range of motion on a golf swing, getting into a deep lunge with a racquet, or refining your swim stroke mechanics. The options are endless of what you need to work on, but it all starts with how you take care of you.
Whatever the sport you play, this is the class for you to advance your game to the next level. After this rollout and recover series you will be able to get back to playing at your peak performance faster, and feeling better than ever by increasing your range of motion through specific rolling and mobility exercise techniques.
Say yes to feeling your best!
*Please bring your foam roller and mat. Additionally, make sure you are comfortable being on the floor for prolonged periods of time (on your stomach, lying on your side and back) for the duration of the class.
Fridays, 9 AM-10 AM, 4/26-5/31
Join us for the full 6 week series, or drop-in on a class by class basis.

Any participant who is joining as a drop-in must pay by credit card 24 hours before class starts. Drop-ins are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not guarantee space for drop-ins and do not accept cash at the start of class.
