9:30 AM - 10:30 AM	Yoga with Julie - June Yoga Flow- Mixed Level Mondays Join Julie for yoga! All classes are appropriate for beginner to experienced yogis- no experience required. Please bring a mat, blanket, block and water to all sessions. All classes will be located at Boy Scout Hall (695 Hopmeadow Street Simsbury, CT 06070, next to First Church of Christ Simsbury) unless otherwise noted.Yoga Flow- Mixed Level: Mondays, 9:30 AM-10:30 AM and Wednesdays, 9:30 AM-10:30 AMThis is a fun & light-hearted yoga class that links breath (pranayama) with movement (asanas), flowing through a series of yoga poses to increase strength, flexibility, balance, vitality & detoxification.  This practice will incorporate vinyasa flow and posture alignment, while remaining aware of the importance of your breath and core strength.  Allow yourself to gain inner awareness, shift mind/body habits & cultivate peace in your practice. Gentle Flow, Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM Unwind with gentle slow flowing yoga postures & longer held restorative poses to nourish the body and calm the mind.  This light-hearted yoga class links breath (pranayama) with movement (asanas) to increase flexibility, balance, vitality & to relieve stress and strain. Gain inner awareness, shift mind/body habits & find peace and calm in your practice. Appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis. Please bring a mat, blanket & water.Dropping-in for a class? Please read:Any participant who is joining as a drop-in must pay by credit card before class starts. Drop-ins are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not guarantee space for drop-ins and do not accept cash at the start of class.If you arrive at class and are not registered, Julie will have a link you can use to register from your cell phone. While registering, you'll be prompted to answer which date and class you're dropping in for.  No class on the following days:- There is no class on 5/20- There is no class on 5/22- There is no class on 5/27- There is no class on 5/29Location Changes: All classes are held at Boy Scout Hall unless noted below-- 6/17, 9:30 AM class will be held in the Auditorioum at Eno Hall- 6/19, 9:30 AM class will be held outside on the hill at Simsbury Farms	Eno Memorial Hall
