These classes include a progression of exercises using the water's resistance to tone up and firm without a strain. Participants need not be swimmers, but must be comfortable in the water. The program runs 8 weeks at Simsbury Farms beginning June 19.  Classes are held on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11:00-11:45.  
Class is taught by Certified Group Exercise Instructor Jen Lehman.

Full 8-week series: $120

Registration for this program will open on Thursday, February 16 at 6am.
