These classes include a progression of exercises using the water's resistance to tone up and firm without a strain. Participants need not be swimmers, but must be comfortable in the water. The program runs 8 weeks at Simsbury Farms beginning June 20. Classes are held on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11:00-11:45. Class will not be held on Monday, July 4.
Class is taught by Certified Group Exercise Instructor Jen Lehman.
