This is a fun & light-hearted vinyasa style yoga class that links breath (pranayama) with movement (asanas), flowing through a series of yoga poses to increase strength, flexibility, balance, vitality & detoxification. This practice will incorporate vinyasa flow and posture alignment, while remaining aware of the importance of your breath and core strength. Gain inner awareness, shift mind/body habits & find contentment in your practice. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat, blanket & water.

You may drop-in to a Yoga class for $13. Please bring cash or check with you.
