Hands performing tai chi move
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art often practiced with the aim of promoting health and longevity.  Often referred to as an exercise discipline, participants find that it often is used to relieve stress and lower blood pressure.  It is beneficial to participants of all ages, but it is essentially geared for those who need and will benefit from this gentle form of exercise.  This course will be held at Scout Hall on Tuesday mornings.

We are excited to offer a FREE demo class for this new program on Tuesday, May 11.  Pre-registration is required.
