Family Craft Workshops!

Valentine's Day Craft Workshop: Saturday, February 8th from 10 AM-12 PM
Registration will open on 12/1
Kids and their grown ups can make their own love themed crafts for Valentine's Day using a variety of materials and techniques including painting, drawing, building, and collage. After creating a variety of love and heart artworks, they will create Valentine's packaging to wrap their creations. They will also make their own homemade Valentine's Day cards. Kids will leave this workshop with a homemade gift packaged in a colorful Valentine's themed wrapping and finished with a handmade card. All creations will make perfect gifts or they'll be great for the kids to keep for themselves!
 
Spring Craft Workshop: Saturday, March 29th from 10 AM-12 PM
Registration will open on 1/1
In this workshop, kids and their grown ups will make their own springtime themed crafts using a variety of materials and techniques including painting, drawing, building, and collage. Kids and their grown ups will create their own decorative baskets. Then they will make a variety of springtime themed crafts to fill their beautiful baskets. At the end of this workshop, kids will leave with their own woven springtime basket filled with delightful handmade items. These make perfect gifts, lovely decorations, or fun treats for the kids to keep for themselves!

The workshops will be lead by Kristy Lankford, local art teacher and illustrator.
