Makerspace: Hogwarts Edition!
Join us for a magical week of wizardry fun! Come and live out your fantasy as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in this enchanting camp. An experienced instructor will lead campers in creating their own wands, props, and magical-themed crafts. The students will also have the opportunity to create and take home their own Mandrake plants and learn how to recreate some of Harry's favorite drinks and treats. Whether your kids have read all the books, watched the movies, or are just curious about all things Hogwarts, the campers are sure to have an excellent time.
Spoiler Alert! All books and movies in the Harry Potter series are discussed.
 
Camp will be held both indoors and outdoors so please dress for the weather. Please be aware campers will make peanut-free snacks. Please add  ny allergies in the medical info section during registration.

About the Instructor: Jessica Santos
Jessica Santos is the Library Coordinator at The Academy of Computer Science and Engineering in East Hartford. She has worked with children in and out of school settings for over 15 years. She curated the Makerspace at Comp Sci and enjoys blending art and technology. She loves to provide a place where kids can read, play and create.
