This camp is for teens (entering 6th-9th grade) looking for adventure this summer!
Campers will go on three trips per week! When not on a trip, campers will enjoy activities at Simsbury Farms including swimming, basketball, field games, and more.
Please Note: On some field trips, campers have the option of going off in small groups without a counselor. During these trips, campers must check in with counselor at designated times. If you would prefer your camper to stay with a counselor during trips, please let us know at registration or on the first day of camp.
Deposits: If you choose not to pay the registration fee in full at the time of registration, families registering their students for Adventure Camp will be required to pay at least a $200 deposit per child per week of camp that is signed up for and to also agree to a payment plan for the balance of the fees due. Deposit options are only available for the Camp Stuff-Ta-Doo, Camp Lots-Ta-Doo and Awesome Adventure Camp programs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to pay the amount due in full please use the "adjust deposit" box to fill in the full cost of the camp session, doing this will not force you into the payment plan mode.
Payment Plans: If you have chosen not to pay the full balance due at the time of registration, you can choose to enter into a payment plan with us that is designed to pay the balance of each session off in 3 payments. Payment plans are only available for the Camp Stuff-Ta-Doo and Awesome Adventure Camp programs and only up until February 14, 2025.
If you make the minimum deposit of $200 for a week of Awesome Adventure, payments will be automatically charge the credit card number that you used for the initial deposit in the following manner:
February 1: $60
March 1: $60
April 1: $55
If you choose do the minimum deposit for multiple weeks of camp, please multiply the above monthly payments by the number of weeks you are signing up for.
Please be sure to have "opted in" to receive our "cancellation" emails to ensure you receive communication regarding location changes due to weather.
Refund Policy - Please carefully review the refund/cancellation policy for these programs only.
Trip Announcement- Once all trips are scheduled, an email announcement will be sent out. Families will have one week to transfer camp sessions (if space allow) or receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Prior to March 31, 2025 – Full refunds for day camps will be granted for any reason, less a $10 processing fee
April 1, 2025-April 30, 2025 – Refunds for day camps will be granted for any reason less the $100 non-refundable fee (unless a Dr.'s note is provided)
Beginning May 1, 2025 – No refunds for day camps will be granted unless a Dr. note is provided.
