Strength at Simsbury Farms: 
Looking for a fitness challenge and a way to get outdoors? Join strength and conditioning specialist, Shelby Howe on the Simsbury Farms Fitness Trail for a workout that will push your strengths and weaknesses. 
The fitness trail is approximately a 2.5 mile loop that will test your endurance and strength. 
If you are up to testing your fitness level through a variety of body weight, band and strength challenges throughout the course, this is the class to kick-start your Fri-yay. Come take on the trail and more!
*Please bring water and appropriate foot wear for the fitness trail: sneakers/trail-shoes.

Fridays, 10:30- 11:30 AM, 4/26-5/31
Class will meet at the Apple Barn parking lot.

Dropping-in for a class? Please read:
Any participant who is joining as a drop-in must pay by credit card 24 hours before class starts. Drop-ins are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not guarantee space for drop-ins and do not accept cash at the start of class.

Shelby Howe, CSCS, IRONMAN U Coach, PPSC, NASM-CPT
Shelby Howe is a strength and conditioning coach with a passion for uplifting athletes to the next level to achieve their performance goals. Her focus goes beyond the weight room, as she aims to guide, mentor, support and advance her client's personal growth on and off the field. Shelby's coaching motto: "if you're not smiling, then you are not doing it right. Do what you love, and go after it!".
