Looking for a fitness challenge and a way to get outdoors? Join strength and conditioning specialist, Shelby Howe on the Simsbury Farms Fitness Trail for a workout that will push your strengths and weaknesses.
The fitness trail is approximately a 2.5 mile loop that will test your endurance and strength.
If you are up to testing your fitness level through a variety of body weight, band and strength challenges throughout the course, this is the class to kick-start your Fri-yay. Come take on the trail and more!
*Please bring water and appropriate foot wear for the fitness trail: sneakers/trail-shoes.

Any participant who is joining as a drop-in must pay by credit card 24 hours before class starts. Drop-ins are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not guarantee space for drop-ins and do not accept cash at the start of class.
