Hillary Landry, is a dedicated health professional with over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She holds a master’s degree in health communications and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Wellness Chef, Coach Practitioner, dotFit Trainer, and group exercise instructor. She has worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Well-Being Manager for several prominent health systems and wellness centers. Hillary has also performed nationally, internationally, and off-Broadway with the New York Conservatory for the Arts Reparatory Company. Her passion lies in helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their healthiest lives through customized solutions tailored to their unique wellness needs. Hillary believes in the powerful intersection of prescription and prevention in the pursuit of optimal health.
Marie Cancellieri, is a Wellness Coach and EFT Master. She is passionate about helping her clients create and enjoy the life they’ve always wanted. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as tapping, is a stress-reduction tool combining cognitive and body-based (somatic) methods to balance the nervous system. Tapping not only helps process day-to-day stress, but it can also address deeper, buried emotions and limiting beliefs that hold us back or make us feel stuck. Marie is fully committed to helping individuals of all ages enhance their mental and emotional well-being. In a world filled with stress and pain, reducing this burden and restoring balance is paramount to living a healthy, fulfilling life.
