FAQ
Is it ok that I am not a dancer or an athlete?
Absolutely. Barre is for everyone and no prior dance or workout experience is necessary. It is a time to meet new friends and move around.
What if I have to stop and feed, change, etc. my child?
That is fine! We expect that! You jump back in when you are able.
My child isn't an infant or toddler, can I still join?
Yes. Older children are welcome to join. Even if you don't have children and want to join in for the outdoor workout, that is okay too!

Any participant who is joining as a drop-in must register online before class starts. We do not accept cash at the start of class.

About the Instructor
I am Bridget Bussiere and I am a certified Barre and spin instructor with experience teaching classes for my local gym and recreation department in the Boston area, where I lived for 12 years with my family before returning to my hometown of Farmington last year. I am also a mental health professional by training with a masters degree in social work, and in my fitness classes I aim to emphasize both the mental and physical aspects of your personal health. I believe that all of us are doing the best we can and that we all have the ability to learn about ourselves, grow, and change. I aim for my classes to be a fun, inviting, and refreshing experience for all
