School is out on 11/4 so come join Food Explorers for a half day cooking camp!
You’ll be making Calzones featuring your own homemade pizza dough, and Chocolate Lattice Pies with pastry dough from scratch!
Recipes are nut free but may contain dairy, eggs and gluten.
Tuesday November 4th, 9 AM-12 PM
3rd-6th Grade
$64 per student
About Food Explorers:
Food Explorers was created by Katie Shepherd, a registered dietitian on a mission to inspire kids to explore new foods and flavors, teach them valuable cooking skills, and create a safe space for children to have a positive experience with food.
Food Explorers empowers young chefs through cooking classes featuring uniquely designed recipes with a food neutral approach. Nurturing children's confidence in their kitchen skills while promoting a positive relationship with food.
All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. Students will leave each class with new recipes, skills, and knowledge about the food they create.
