Tennis Clinics - Start-Up Group Ages 11-15

Beginner/Advanced Beginner Boys and Girls Start-up Tennis is a program for older beginners. The program covers a lot of material quickly to allow players to catch up with their friends that have played longer. Participants are grouped with players their own age to insure a fun, comfortable, social environment.

General Information
  • The classes meet Monday through Thursday for one week sessions.
  • In the event of rain, classes may be moved indoors to Farmington Valley Racquet Club or made up on Friday of each session. Emails regarding this will be sent to the parents who have "opted in" to receive our "cancellation"emails.
  • The Department reserves the right to assign a child to the correct class according to the child’s ability to ensure that every child receives the proper instruction.
  • Loaner racquets are available each day to any participant that would like to borrow one.
  • Register early, space in each session is limited.

Session Information
  • Session I, June 22 - 25
  • Session II, July 6 - 9
  • Session III, July 20 - 23
  • Session IV, August 3 - 6
