With award-winning, cutting-edge exhibits featuring over 10,000 animals representing 700 species across 265 acres, there is no other zoo in the world that offers the diversity, superb viewing, and world-renowned expertise. Whether you're nose-to-nose with Western Lowland Gorillas in their famous Congo Gorilla Forest, spotting Snow Leopards in their naturalistic Himalayan Highlands Habitat, or experiencing almost an acre of an indoor Asian rain forest, you're always within roaring distance of the world's most amazing wildlife. In the end, you'll know that your admission fees went to a conservation organization that has more expert researchers in the field than any other. Our deluxe motorcoach will leave the Simsbury Farms Parking Lots at 7:30AM and leave the Bronx Zoo at 4:30PM. April All In Sports Camp! - Camp April Vacation All In Sports Camp!All In Sports Camp offers the sports and activities campers love but rarely have a group large enough to play. Get ready to play baseball, wiffle ball, flag football, rugby, field games (Kickball, Capture the Flag, Ultimate Frisbee, etc.), field hockey, lacrosse and soccer to name a few. The camp will offer three options a day and campers will pick what they love to do. The idea is to take all the fun stuff from specific sports camps and give them options to play all their favorites everyday. This program's goal is to get children moving and active with their peers. Participants will be grouped with campers of similar ages. Camp Counselors will be SHS Student athletes right from our very community. Camp is held from 8:00-12:15, Monday-Friday. Simsbury Community Cleanup Day - Clean Up Day - Tariffville Park Join your friends and neighbors as we aim to clean up Simsbury's neighborhoods, parks, and trails! The event will take place on Saturday, April 25th. Sign up for the location that suits you best below. Stop by the Town Hall Parking Lot (933 Hopmeadow St.) between 8-10 AM for gloves and trash bags before heading out to clean up. Full trash bags can be returned to the dumpster and recycling bins, generously donated by USA Waste & Recycling, at Town Hall throughout the day.Pre-registration is not required, but is helpful to organizers for planning purposes.Share your best cleanup photos!
